- Use DUMPLING WRAPPER:
- Take 2 cup flour
- Take 1/2 tsp salt
- Get 2/3 cup water
- Take Extra flour for dusting
- Get STUFFING:
- Get 1/2 kg chicken minced into a fine paste
- Use 2 green chilies finely chopped
- Use 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Prepare 3 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped

- Use DIPPING SAUCE:
- Get 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Use 2 tbsp water
- Get 1/2 tsp crushed red chilli flakes
- Prepare 1 tsp ginger julian
- Prepare Pinch sesame seeds

Steps to make Chicken Dumplings:
- Knead dough well and keep aside. Mix in the ingredients with the chicken mince and set aside.

- In a non stick frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and place the dumplings flat side down. Let them brown on each side. Then add about 1/2 a cup water in the same pan and cover and let it steam and cook until all the water dries out.
