- Get 4 Eggs
- Take 1 Avocado
- Take 2 English muffins
- You need 1 Tomato (sliced)

- For poaching the eggs. Use a large deep sided frying pan. Fill frying pan 2/3 full with water. Add 2 Tbsp vinegar. Bring to a boil.
