- Get 2 large or 3 smaller lemons
- You need 300 ml pure alcohol
- Provide Glass bottle 1 litre
- Get 700 ml water
- Provide 300 g sugar

- Wash and dry lemons well. Peel. Tear up into small pieces
- Sterilise a litre glass bottle by adding boiling water, shaking for few mins (be careful it's hot) and pouring out the water. Then… Put lemon pieces into bottle and add alcohol. - Put the sugar and water into the limoncello.
