The ingredients needed to prepare Easy Enchiladas:
  1. Take 1 1/2 lb hamburger
  2. You need 1 can refried beans
  3. Get 1 envelope taco seasoning
  4. Take 1 can enchilada sauce (19.5 oz)
  5. Prepare large flour tortillas
  6. Get 2 cup shredded cheese
  7. Get 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions to make Easy Enchiladas:
  1. Brown hamburger then add taco seasoning packet with a little water.
  2. Add can of refried beans, mix well.
  3. Once that is mixed together transfer to large bowl.
  4. Add sour cream and 1/2 c shredded cheese.
  5. Heat oven to 350Β° pour a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish.
  6. Stuff the taco shells with meat and bean mixture.
  7. Once dish is full pour remainder of enchilada sauce and top with cheese. Cover and cook for 25-30 mins
  8. I top mine with sour cream, onions, olives and avocado!! Yum!
