- Take 1 kg Sarso ka saag
- Get 1 kg spainch(palak)
- You need 2 big Onion
- Take 2 pieces tomato(big), green chilli
- You need 1 tbs. Garlic & Ginger paste
- Take 2 tbsp Desi ghee
- Prepare To taste Salt & red chilli powder, dry coriander powder
Instructions to make Sarso ka saag:
- Firstly, chop Sarso saag & palak.
- Wash it two or three times very well.
- Now put in pressure cooker& mix one tbs. Salt and boil it till four whistle.
- Now put it two hours & crushed it in grinder or beat with wooden stick
- Now take a fry pan put ghee and Saute garlic & ginger paste and coriander powder.
- Now chopped onion & tomato, green chilli and Satue it acc. To ur taste.
- Now mix beat saag and put it slow flame for ten min.
- Sarso ka saag is ready. Serve it with makki ki roti or wheat roti.
