- Provide 30 cm Gobo
- Provide 1/2 Carrot
- Use 1 1/2 Table Spoon Soy Sauce
- Get 1 1/2 Table Spoon Mirin

- Wash Gobo well, and peel. Then, cut into match stick long, then put on water.

- Heat frying pan over medium high, then add oil.
- Take out Gobo from water, and towel dry, then add to 3 to stir fry. Add Carrot as well. Stir fry for about 3〜4 minutes.
- Add Soy Sauce, Mirin, Cooking Sake, and sugar to 4, then turn the heat to low medium. ※You can add 1/2 Tea Spoon of Sesame here if you like.
