The ingredients needed to make Peanut Butter Fudge:
- You need 5 cup sugar
- Prepare 1 stick butter
- Take 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
- Get 2 cup peanut butter
- Take 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions to make Peanut Butter Fudge:
- Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a medium sauce pan and bring to a slight boil. Reduce heat to low. Maintain at soft ball stage (234-240°F) and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Don't exceed 240°F
- Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract
- Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Don't over work or it gets grainy.
