The ingredients needed to make Beef and Broccoli:
  1. Provide 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye
  2. Use 4-5 cups broccoli
  3. Provide 1 cup sliced onion
  4. Provide 1/2-3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  5. Provide 2 T packed brown sugar
  6. You need to taste Garlic salt,
  7. Get 3 T corn starch
  8. Get 2 T olive oil
Instructions to make Beef and Broccoli:
  1. Pour 2T olive oil in a pan and heat it.
  2. Coat steak in 1T corn starch, sprinkle salt and pepper and garlic salt to taste. Put in heated oil. Cook until almost done- stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Add another 1/2T of oil if needed, to the pan. Add broccoli and onions, and salt pepper and garlic powder to taste. Cook low.
  4. While the veggies are cooking, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and remaining corn starch in a bowl and set aside.
