  1. Provide 100 grams Kimchi
  2. Use 2 Eggs
  3. Take 10 cm Japanese leek (finely chopped)
  4. Take 3 bowls Hot cooked white rice
  5. Provide 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
  6. Use 2 tsp Garlic soy sauce
  7. Prepare 1 Pepper

  1. Finely slice the Japanese leek. Beat the egg with a little salt. Chop up the kimchi and drain out the juice.
