- First of all make white sauce…for that take 2 tbsp butter in a pan and put it on the flame
- Add maida in it and stir it for 2-3 minutes until it's golden brown..add 2 cup of milk into it and stir it well…then grate 1 cube cheese in it..and stir it well…soon it will be thicken..add pinch of salt and black pepper powder to it and off the flame…white sauce is ready.
- Then take a container of bake dish and grease it with butter.sprinkle bread crumbs and make thin layer of it in the base of container…
- Make layer of boiled corn.Spread white sauce over it then sprinkle some chopped tomatoes and capsicum over it….
- Pour some tomato sauce on it..then sprinkle grated cheese on it.Again make a layer of corn..white sauce,chopped vegetables and then sprinkle grated cheese
- Thereafter sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.Garnish it with parsley…
- Let's put into oven for 25 to 30 minutes. And baked it.After that take out in a serving dish and serve it with tomato sauce…
