The ingredients needed to make Red Sauce Pasta:
- Prepare Red Sauce
- Get 4 small
- Take 2 big tomatoes
- Prepare 2-3 Kashmiri Red chilli
- Use Veggies

Instructions to make Red Sauce Pasta:
- Take pan, to that add some water. Bring that to a boil, and add some salt and 2 tbsp oil.To that add 1&1/4 cup of pasta
- Let pasta cook for 5-10 mins until it is soft to cut. It should be little bit raw as it will be later cooked with sauce also.
- Now for red sauce take a pan to that add 2 big/4 small tomatoes, 4 Kashmiri red chilli.
- Add some water and boil it for 5 mins or untill tomatoes skin just come off.
- Now remove the eyes and skin tomato and the head part of chillies and add them to the mixer grinder jar. Grind them until we get a smooth paste.
- To that paste add 1/4 cup of water to make it little thin
- Now in a saucepan add 2 tbsp of butter. Let that simmer and then add 4-5 sliced pods of garlic.
- Stir the garlic untill it is.golden brown and then add 1 small chopped onion. Stir it until it becomes golden brown.
- Now to that add the prepared red sauce, some tomato puree(optional), some red chilli sauce, some salt and the black pepper.
- Stir the mixture untill it comes to boil and then add the boiled pasta and stir it well. As told in step-2 the pasta will cook completley in this stage. So let it cook at medium flame for 5 mins
- Now to that pasta add 2-3 cheese slices and mix it well.
- Now remove pasta from heat and serve it. For decoration add some more cheese cube and mixed herbs.
