  4. Use cinnamon

  1. heat pan on medium heat
  2. add eggs to a wide bowl
  3. add milk to egg
  4. beat milk and egg together
  5. dip bread in egg and cover both sids
  6. top bread and egg with cinnamon before placing in pan
  7. lay cinnamon side down in pan first then top other side with cinnamon
  8. repeat steps for remaining 2 slices of bread
  9. cook on med. heat for about 1 and 1/2 minutes
  10. flip french toast and cook other side for 1 and 1/2 min.
