- Use 1 medium head, about 24 oz cauliflower, rinsed
- Prepare 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Provide 2 egg whites
- Prepare 1 large egg
- Prepare pinch salt

- Provide 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
