  1. Cut the cauliflower in large size, wash and take it in a pan. Fill the pan with water and put salt as required into it. Now put it on stove and heat it. When the pieces of cauliflower are 90% boiled, stop the flame and drain all water. Now keep it aside.
  2. In the meantime, take another bowl, take besan with rice flour and salt as required into it. Also put termeric powder and red chilli powder and mix 2 large eggs using hand whisk into it.
