- Get 1 cup cauliflower
- Use 3 tbsp rice flour

- Remove the cauliflower florets and put in a vessel containing boiling water mixed with salt and a tsp of turmeric powder. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.Drain the cauliflower in a colander.Then boil it in water again so that 80% of the florets gets cooked. Drain the florets in the colander.
