- Provide 3 cups all-purpose flour
- Take 150 g butter, cold but softened
- Get 1/2 tsp salt

- Gather all the ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Brush the top of the pie with some egg wash (1 egg and a tbsp of milk).Bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit on the middle rack for 45 - 50 minutes.
